Delivery in Ukraine:

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta service to a branch or by courier to the address specified by you. The cost of delivery is paid by the customer according to tariffs and terms of the delivery service.

The term for the formation of shipments is 3-5 business days.

International Delivery:

We ship worldwide (except Russia and Belarus).

The standard delivery (14-30 working days) is made by UkrPoshta. The costs of delivery are 20-50 EUR.

The standard delivery (3-10 working days) is made by Nova Global and is available to the following countries: Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Italy, Moldova, Hungary. The costs of delivery are 20-30 EUR.

The express delivery (10-14 working days) is made by DHL. The costs of delivery are 50-120 EUR.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. TOTAL WHITE is not responsible for any additional charges that can appear at customs clearance.

Returns:

All unworn and unused item(s) in perfect condition followed by the original TOTAL WHITE receipt can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Please, make sure that all the tags are attached.

Please contact customercare@total-white.com within 48 hours after delivery if you would like to exchange or return a product. Please use the original packaging to return the goods. Note, that all the returns and exchanges are made at the customer’s shipping expense. You’ll be refunded directly back to the original payment card after the quality control by our team.
